Taken from Eating Animal, Jonathan Safran Foer.
It’s been a while.
Of late, I have been restless and my hands, like a pair of conspiratorial malcontents, fidgety with dissatisfaction with... what? Maybe it’s the constant waiting and waiting for a whole bunch of things to happen.
I miss the feeling of certainty, of being anchored in something solid; I miss knowing. I miss being sure of where I’m supposed to be... I miss believing in the possibility of dreams. I miss taking pleasure in simple things. I miss looking in the mirror and not feeling like a stranger.

I am feeling the same.
Oh dear! That sounds sad. Clear blue sky comes after the rain, keep your dream alive. I wish you'll feel better soon.
Boo hoo hoo! My P is being trapped in the unknown world, forgetting who she was and how she used to feel.
My lame advice is stop reading depressing books!
Maybe I've never mentioned it out loud, but I really really want you to come back to school. It will change your life. I don't promise it will be easier for you, but you'll find something interesting everyday. Well, I'm just saying, but as I hear you time and time again, your present life is in turmoil. There's no good trying to get on like that, you need a few degree shift in your direction, baby.
Find a new harbor! Splash your anchor there, you need fresh water!
Ooop!!! It's hit me hard! But it's like a wakeup call.
But, 1st. I don't read any for these few months due to the fact that my poor blood circulation to my brain.
Second, I've decided 3 weeks ago that I'm going to back to school. YOUR school. Just wait for the new semester to start.
What do you think??? Wish me luck.
Neilly, hope you're getting better.
Kunna, thank sweetie. I'll always believe it will get better.
I'm waiting to receive a new challenging student in my school. I wish you all the best of luck. For the sake of your future career, getting a degree is a big investment you've ever made! Okay, I sounded like I'm advertising, hehehe...
Well, you're going to meet a lot of work at the first year or even feel depressed, but sooner, you'll get used to everything.
About the depressing books. Well, it happens to everyone who reads realistic story, coz authors tend to express their sadness, anger and hopelessness through their writing, and you, the read, is going to be affected by that. I don't know if you're agree with this, maybe you're just into reality.
P - you seems to be really quiet lately, is everything alright?
Kunna, miss me eh??? hehehehe everything is alright. Been quite hectic lately. You're doing well, are you?
Hehehe.. yeah, and I'm wondering why you're suddenly quiet after several not-so-happy postings. Anyw, I'm glad you're good.
I'm okay, but overwhelm with my master's degree thesis now. :/
